What Can You Expect?
- Clinically Informed Design: Every class is structured using proven evidence-based practices—pulling from research in strength, rehab, posture, and biomechanics.
- Individual Tailoring and Group Support: You start with a one-to-one physiotherapy assessment that informs your exercise plan. Even in small group classes, modifications are built-in so you can work at your level, safely and effectively.
